  Very Disappointed with this Bank of America & it's downfall into perpetual customer dissatisfaction!!!
  With never-ending limited hours and now Saturday Personnel shortages... Customers can't help but complain & feel dissatisfied with having to wait for 45-plus minutes to get any kind of customer service with their account issues. Time to think... CREDIT UNIONS! ~V.

  Our experience is not good at this particular Branch after years as a client. Employees need to be more qualified and provide quality service to encourage longevity and trust. Disappointed and looking elsewhere!
