  I had a great experience here! The customer service was very helpful and quickly replied to my questions. The property itself came fully loaded. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

  We rented a house from Beachfront Only in July for a family gathering to remember my daughter on the 10yr anniversary of her passing. The location is absolutely beautiful and there's a lot to do in the area. I was impressed with the house and the descriptions/pictures online. The bedrooms are small but I loved the fact they all had king beds with the exception of the bunk bed room. Everything else was exactly as expected except for the fact that there's a train that goes by at least 5 times during the night – it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the property or any review. Some in our party heard it and others didn’t but I felt it should have been mentioned. The rental process was easy, and communication right before we were to check in was awesome.
  
  The property was clean and pretty well stocked for kitchen supplies. I’ve rented houses before and usually there are spices, foil, baggies, etc left from others but not in this house. It’s like they have a checklist of what is supposed to be there and anything left from previous renters is discarded. We bought chairs and boogie boards but didn’t want to leave them if they were going to throw them away. Seems like there could be a donation box or something in the garage for future renters. I have never had to call customer service once checked into a house.
  
  We had 4 different issues while staying at the house.
  First, we had to call for maintenance within an hour of getting there because they hadn’t unlocked the elevator for us. We also had him fix one of the sliding screens because it wouldn’t open. Customer service was excellent and he was there quickly to get the issue taken care of.
  Second, we attempted to light the fire pit that first night and it wouldn’t work. We realized it was out of propane so we had to call again the next morning to have propane delivered. It was delivered quickly.
  Third, we came back after grocery shopping and someone was parked in the garage in our space. Turns out it was the cleaning staff and they reached them while I was on hold – another issue quickly resolved.
  Fourth, and by far the worst experience, were the fire alarms. The first night they woke us at least 4 times but the occupants shut them off each time. The second night no one was staying in that unit so after a half hour of listening to it I called the emergency number. The person that answered was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times. He refused to do anything about the alarms “It’s 2AM, what do you want me to do about it?” was his response. He said “no one else around there has complained” and told me if we called 911 (it is a fire alarm going off…), that we would be fined for a false alarm. He would not let me speak to a supervisor when he told me there’s no one to come out to the property. He said they would call me back at 7AM when the office opened. I have yet to receive a call from anyone regarding this. Finally someone did come and shut them off. I was very upset as these houses are not cheap. His customer service skills are severely lacking and he should not be on-call for the overnight shift. We rented this house for a family gathering to remember my daughter on the anniversary of her death. We did not need the additional stress he created by being so rudely unhelpful. It put a very negative experience in our whole trip because everyone was tired from no/little sleep those first 2 nights.
  
  While I loved the house, I don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone based on our last experience with the overnight customer service guy. He was rude, unhelpful and I never did receive a call back from management, which makes me think he never reported the issue. I’ve written 2 reviews of the property – neither of which has been posted so I am thinking they only post the positive reviews. I'd like to see some kind of rating for each area - 5 starts for location, house, etc but 1 star for customer service and the fact I had to call 4 different times for issues.
