  Let me start by saying this cleaner for awhile was my go-to place. I recommended it to many people because of its convenient location and friendly staff every time I go in. I loved it. Neither of those things are the reason I give them such a bad rating. The reason is, I had a pair of nice dress pants I had taken there to get clean. When I got them back, it had almost like a bleach stain on the back of both of the pant legs (not sure exactly what it was from). Note that, I have never washed these pants myself or taken them anywhere else to get cleaned since the day I bought them. I called and talked to the manager Kim and he said to bring them back in so he could fix it at no charge, AND if he couldn't fix them he would replace them no problem. I brought them back and when I came back a few days later to pick them up, they were even worse! Plus, I was told I had to pay for them for dropping them off again before I could take them home. It took me a few days to get a hold of Kim, the manager, after that. When I finally talked to him, he told me that it wasn't something he would fix and it wasn't his problem. Immediately after, he says "Thanks, goodbye" and hangs up on me. I call back right after thinking it was maybe a bad connection. He then tells me that he will not fix it again. I brought up the fact that he told me he would replace them if they couldn't fix it. He told me, "That was my mistake, we will not fix it or replace it. Read the sign in the store that says No Refunds. You called me on my cell phone, I have to go. Bye." and hung on me AGAIN. (Let me also note that the number I was given to call him was from an employee at the Cleaners, who also told me it was just the number for the other store.) I find this is no way to deal with a customer/situation. I DEFINITELY plan on telling everyone to avoid this cleaner. Just ridiculous. I know have to go buy another pair of the $80 pants that they ruined.
