  This has got to be the worst store I have ever been too! I asked an employee for help and he asked me if it was going to be a long question or a short one, and proceed to tell me that he had a lot to do! Guess I asked the wrong person ahh, nope cause the next person I asked said they don't now anything about anything and said they would find someone and the someone they sent, didn't know squat either but he had a smart phone and tried to show me something as I cut him short and showed him my smart phone , while I waited for the 3rd person to come I had already found my answer on Google. There is no customer service in this store. The service that is there is the kind you don't want. I'd rather step on a nail and walk on it all day before I go back in this store , I'd be way more comfortable than my visit to the Lowe's was.
