  Horrible customer service. Employees don’t know what they can and can’t do and when I was told that they would clean the windshield and specifically asked if it was included or an extra charge was told it was included. Got the car and asked about the windshield. The employee said he had to ask his boss. Then I explained to the “boss” what happened and he said “well we don’t do anything for free so you can pay more if you want.” Well how about you explain that to your employees and honor what they say. Instead he just put his headphones back in instead of talking to the customer. And looked back at his phone. Absolutely will never go there again. I have been coming here for over 5 years and never had any issues but this is ridiculous. Customer service has continuously gotten worse. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore.
