  I rarely complain but my god the gentlemen that just happen to help me ( LOUIE ) was beyond rude horrible customer service ! i never felt so disrespected by a clerk that is suppose to be some what professional ! I went in today to cash a money gram that was sent to me but did not have the reference # , he then told me he cant promise me that he'd be able to find me while he rolled his eyes and ignored my question he left me unattended and walked away from me while i was speaking when he located me on his system , he came back with a money order and ask if i sign the back i then told him i needed the cash he talked over me once again " I said please sign the back ! " as he laughed i then composed myself and ask how is day was going . His reply was " great till you came in " who says that even if that was the case who hired this guy in front of customers and all! That will be the last time i ever do business there

  This place is terrible now that its not checkmark. Same owner but she is the worst. They need to train their staff .Don't waste your time like I did. I highly recommend that you go to checkmate. They offer higher advances and less interests. I wanted to rate this place less than 1 star
