  I love coming to the gym now. Coach Berry is always helpful and positive. He cares about each an every person who walks in his door. There is no hype here just solid training. The other clients are wonderful too. We are all working hard and our own levels. I love the changes I am seeing in my body. I can almost fit into a pair of short shorts from my 20's and I am in my last 40's.
