  Great location, speedy, competent, if sometimes spotty service. Seems that they've been through a couple of managers. Last one tolerated surly customer treatment; new one does NOT and seems determined to improve productivity and team morale. Team Member Rodrigo V. was impressive during my visit today: focused on quality work, customer satisfaction ,and improving the team effort. Give this Jiffy Lube another try. Was the worst customer service I've seen in ANY Jiffy Lube less than a year ago. Today's visit gives me hope! Chevy, Oceanside, CA.
