  TL;DR - Not a great JoAnn but kinda the best option nearby.
  
  +: Good fabric with lots of options. There are always good sales, especially for three day weekends. Check their website for coupons, you won't even need to print them, sometimes you don't even need to show them on your phone- occasionally you just mention them and the cashier will get it for you.
  
  +: While there is a lot of fabric, a lot is generic and you have to look a little to find anything really special. It's always a bit too warm and the music is a bit too loud. I'm a pretty sensitive to these things, especially sound so it can be difficult to shop here; however, this might not bother you at all. Probably isn't great for anyone with high sensory sensitivity, so keep that in mind.
