  Very unprofessional department. They refused to do there job and make a report on the alley security who assaulted me for no reason. One of there officers who is 6'2 blonde about 185 to 200 pounds grabbed my arm aggressively and shoved me and told me to get in my car on leave when i was obviously under the influence. He had no right to touch me and abused his authority that has been granted to him. Not to mention he told me to drive drunk. That's endangering the public. How is that protecting an serving? I'm making a formal complaint on the sargent and his gang who are clearly abusing there power appointed to them. Way to go oceanside police department. You should be security not law enforcement
