  I was kinda shocked that this place ended up not so great especially with the fancy restaurant next door that looks to be owned by the same owner.
  The menu looks awesome. Started with the cheese stuffed deep fried olives. I feel like we paid $6 for some olives. Deep frying and adding a tiny bit of cheese (I mean tiny tiny tiny little bit of cheese) did nothing to develop any flavor. It tasted like I ate olives out of a jar.
  Also, the pizza came out perfectly round and had minimal charring. When I think of coal fired pizza, I think of a more rustic presentation with an odd shape and a little more charring. The charring gives the pizza slice a little more crispyness to stand on its own and not need to fold, and for the charred flavor.
  That being said, the crust had a good flavor on its own, the tomato sauce is the great, and they have some fancy cheeses. Service was pretty good.
