  Dr. Ring is a competent eye doctor, but the limited office hours, need to schedule separate visits for contacts and glasses exams, and shared office can make it a bit of a hassle. The office staff is friendly.

  I dropped my old eye doctor because the support staff at the front desk and over the phone were always so rude. I went to see Dr. Ring for the first time yesterday and immediately saw the difference. From the help over the phone, to the front desk, to Dr. Ring, to the lens selection, everybody I dealt with was awesome! I'm so happy to have found an eye doctor's office that appreciates it's patients. I recommend Tri-City and Dr. Ring wholeheartedly.
