  The doctors can be nice and very professional but they make you feel that you are their for them and it's their way or the highway. But my main issue is the way that I was treated by Isabel and Sandra in the front office was beyond obsurd. I asked about a payment plan and billing and I was told "maybe you shouldn't be getting dental work done if you can't afford it" then next time I made my appointment I was told not to make the appointment unless I could actually pay for it.
  
  Then I got sick the day of my appointment and was throwing up and called the front office to reschedule because of my condition, I didn't think they would appreciate working in my mouth if I was throwing up and highly sick with the flu, I was lectured by the front desk lady about "appointment etiquette" like I was a young child getting in trouble by my parents. When I told them that I would call them back about making an appointment the gal on the phone (Sandra or Isabel) I was told "whatever" and was hung up on before I could finish my statement. On top of all this my appointments were rescheduled with less than an hour notice on their part, they expected me to change my plans for them but if I had an issue where I needed them to re arrange their schedule for me I was causing them an inconvenience and treated with complete disrespect in the process.
  
  I will never darken their doorstep and take my money and business elsewhere where I am appreciated and treated with respect. Isabel and Sandra should NOT be working a customer service job if they are going to be disrespectful and rude. I will let everyone I know Emmy experience and make sure that they DO NOT go here for dental care.
  
  Another lost loyal client. DO NOT GO HERE if you value customer service or if you like to be taken care of.
