  I made an online order with next-day air on a Thursday, which OPT tells me was 28 minutes after they (Surprise) stop processing online orders.
  
  After the fact I was told they "do not offer Saturday delivery at the moment" which was not mentioned during the check out process resulting in me paying an unnecessary $30 for shipping.
  
  If that wasn't irritating enough, they shipped my item without all the hardware.
  
  It took OPT seven days to respond to my message.
  
  My missing hardware has yet to arrive 15 days after my initial order.
  
  So much for the amazing customer service posted elsewhere online.
